We understand that plans can change! Our goal is to make registration as simple and fair as possible for families.

Before Classes Begin:
Cancellations made before the first class are eligible for a refund of tuition, less a non-refundable registration/materials fee.

After Classes Begin:
If a student withdraws after the semester has started, tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis for any remaining classes that have not yet taken place. Registration and materials fees are non-refundable.

Missed Classes:
We are unable to provide refunds or credits for individual classes missed due to illness, vacations, schedule conflicts, or other absences.

Class Cancellation:
If we need to cancel a class or are unable to provide the course as scheduled, families will receive a full refund for any portion of the course that is not provided.
